- Empower all business areas to apply the requirements of the Quality Management System in accordance with the standards of ISO 9001:2015 and the requirements of IATF 16949
- Promote and keep active the process of continuous improvement of the operational requirements and the production structure of Facchini.
- Ensure the constant compliance of the product with the Customer’s specifications through effective (high level of quality) and efficient (cost reduction) processes.
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Service.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations.
- Promote the reduction of environmental impacts, carefully evaluating production methods, the use of materials and packaging, and waste disposal.
